In April, a retired couple acquired a quiet piece of agricultural land in Barangay Pajo, Alfonso, Cavite. What began as a simple investment soon turned into a meaningful dream — inspired by their children, they built a vacation-themed haven that celebrates love, family, and shared roots.
The name honors their family home in Chino, California — a place for more than 30 years, filled with unforgettable moments and cherished memories across three generations. Chino Private Farm Villa was lovingly created to relive that same warmth, love, and positive spirit, and to share it with you and your loved ones.
