In April of 2024, a piece of farm land was acquired in Barangay Pajo. Alfonso, Cavite by a retired couple. Shortly, for the love and with the inspiration of their children, they decided to build a vacation themed place, aimed to remain as an icon of a strong family foundation.

The place was named after their family home in Chino California, USA, where a lot of unforgettable and priceless memories in three generations were made
